We stand behind the quality of our products. This policy explains your two refund options: our 60-day money-back guarantee (which covers opened products) and our standard 30-day return window for unopened items.
1. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 60 days of delivery — even if the product has been opened or partially used. We are confident in our products, and this guarantee reflects that confidence.
Conditions:
• Limited to one guarantee claim per customer, per product
• Applies to your first purchase of a given product
• The product (including the bottle and any unused portion) must be returned to the address we provide
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
• Bulk orders, multi-packs beyond a single unit, and wholesale orders are excluded
How to claim:
• Contact us within 60 days of delivery using the contact information on our website
• Provide your order number and the reason for your dissatisfaction
• We will respond with return instructions and a return address
• Once the product is received, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
2. Standard 30-Day Return Policy (Unopened Items)
For unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. This is the simplest and fastest refund route.
To be eligible, items must be:
• Unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging
• In the same condition as received
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
3. Non-Refundable Items
Outside of the 60-day money-back guarantee, the following items cannot be refunded:
• Items past the 60-day guarantee window
• Sale, clearance, or final-sale items
• Gift cards
• Free promotional items or samples
• Bulk, wholesale, or multi-unit orders beyond the single-unit guarantee limit
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery using the contact information on our website. Please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged or defective product and packaging
• A description of the issue
We will provide a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if required. This is separate from the 60-day guarantee and 30-day return policy.
5. How to Request a Return
To request a return or guarantee claim, contact our customer service team through the contact details on our website with your full name, order number, and reason for return. Use the subject line "Return Request" or "Guarantee Claim" followed by your order number. Do not ship items back without authorization — unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return shipping address.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take additional time to appear on your statement.

• A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for unjustified returns
7. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange a non-defective item, return the original (if eligible under the guarantee or standard return policy) and place a new order.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund after 10 business days from approval:

• Contact your card issuer — processing times vary

9. Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it has been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and is subject to this Refund Policy.
