Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships, including a tracking number where applicable.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During peak periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing may take longer — we appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

•       Domestic standard shipping: 5–10 business days

•       Domestic express shipping: 1–3 business days

•       International standard shipping: 7–21 business days

•       International express shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control are not our responsibility.

3. Shipping Carriers

We ship via reputable carriers including but not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and local postal services. The carrier is selected based on destination and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment via the carrier's website. Allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

5. International Shipping, Customs, and Duties

For international orders, the recipient is the importer of record and is solely responsible for:

•       Customs duties, taxes, and import fees

•       Compliance with destination country regulations regarding dietary supplements

•       Any delays caused by customs inspection or clearance

Some countries restrict the import of certain dietary supplement ingredients. Please verify that the products you are ordering are legal to import into your country before purchasing. We are not responsible for orders seized, returned, or destroyed by customs authorities.

If a package is refused or returned to us due to unpaid duties or customs issues, the customer is responsible for the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees. Refunds, if applicable, will exclude these costs.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to limit or restrict shipping to certain countries, regions, or address types (such as P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses) where local regulations or carrier limitations apply. Restricted destinations are indicated at checkout.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be charged for reshipment.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:

•       Check with neighbors and household members

•       Look around the delivery location

•       Contact the carrier with your tracking number

•       Wait 48 hours — packages are sometimes marked delivered prematurely

If the package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us through the details on our website. We will work with the carrier to investigate. Replacements or refunds for lost packages are evaluated case by case and may require a signed declaration.

9. Damaged Packages

Inspect your package upon delivery. If the package or contents are visibly damaged, take photos before opening and contact us within 7 days. See our Refund & Return Policy for damaged item handling.

10. Storage and Handling

Our supplements are stored and shipped in conditions that preserve product quality. However, extreme temperatures during transit (especially in summer or winter) may affect certain products. If you have concerns about temperature exposure, contact us upon delivery.
